Our World Our Children

The children of Palestine, especially those in the Gaza Strip, are facing tremendous challenges due to the prolonged conflict. They are enduring severe mental and physical hardships, including high levels of depression, fear, and trauma. Many have contemplated suicide, and a majority are self-harming. The war has led to the death and injury of thousands of children, with many suffering from life-changing disabilities. The lack of access to essential resources such as food, water, and healthcare, along with the high infant mortality rate, has further exacerbated their plight. Despite these immense challenges, the children of Palestine have shown remarkable resilience and a strong desire for peace and normalcy. They are in urgent need of support, including access to mental health services, education, and humanitarian aid. The international community has been called upon to take immediate action to protect the lives of these children and provide the assistance they desperately need[1][2][3][4].
